Last updated: March 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Fragile ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Fragile is a GitHub Action that analyzes your codebase to identify files with high risk scores based on git history, file references, and other structural signals. The Service generates a FRAGILE.md report in your repository.
3. Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing your own OpenAI API key and any associated costs.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to analyze the code in your repositories.
- You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
4. Privacy and Data
Fragile analyzes your git history and file structure locally within your GitHub Actions runner. Source code is sent to OpenAI for analysis using your API key. We do not store, collect, or have access to your code, API keys, or analysis results.
5. License Keys
License keys are required for private repositories. License keys are non-transferable and tied to the purchasing account. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if you have not used the Service.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the risk scores or analysis will be accurate, complete, or useful for any particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Fragile or patchwork-eng be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
